The reception area is very welcoming and comfortable with a peaceful atmosphere whilst the reception is so friendly, cheerful and helpful. As always my treatment was very thorough and carefully explained. It is always a pleasurable experience.

Treated me very professionally
I was offered an appointment within two days of contacting the surgery. I had lost a filling and although I wasn’t in any pain and didn’t ned a same day appointment the receptionist advised me that if it did become painful then to call them for an urgent appointment which was very comforting to know. All the staff treated me very professionally but with kindness. My dentist talked me through all of the procedure and put any nerves I had to rest. Thank you all.

In my opinion this is the finest dental service certainly in Sheffield. Every member of staff is so pleasant and caring. I am ridiculously nervous, and Dr. John Alesbrook has for the last 17 years managed my nerves and looked after my oral health, I could not praise all the staff highly enough, would recommend to everyone!

Planned check up and scale and polish with Dr. Chris Oldfield this afternoon.
Chris is an excellent dentist as well as being a thoroughly nice chap.
He is patient, caring and always takes the time to explain in advance the treatment he is going to perform.
I can honestly say that the treatment was painless.
I still travel from Scarborough to Sheffield to see him despite leaving Sheffield many years ago

I needed an extraction urgently as front top tooth had been getting looser for many months, then was touching nerves, it was so loose I was in agony for a few days. I couldn't get to see John, who I've always seen but got to see Chris and he's very nice. It took longer for the 2 needles than it did to pull tooth as it was so loose. The lady on reception was very nice and also Evie who I spoke to late the day before when I explained my situation. Only bad thing is what it costs now, no NHS dentists.
