I have huge issues with going to the dentist, for various reasons. I hope I can always be a patient at Sandygate though! Reception staff are so helpful, patient, calming...
The dental nurses are also excellent- really professional and chatty if you need or want that!
I see John for treatment, and he takes time to talk to me, to understand what I am concerned about, and to properly listen and take those concerns into account. All before I'm even in the dentist chair.
All treatment is explained, and I just generally feel encouraged and supported to maintain good dental health.
