The new waiting area is excellent. The receptionist most helpful and polite. I had a short wait but not excessive. The Dentist was good he explained everything very clearly and concisely. The whole experience was excellent

I've been coming here many years, firstly under the old regime as a child and now with my own family under Dr Aylesbrook. I really think they look after you - friendly service (John does a fantastic job of putting the children at ease) and very efficient, using email and texting to remind you and confirm the appointment. Most of our appointments have been on time, a couple early and a couple late but nothing much. Honestly, I think this is as good as it gets.

Have been with this practise for many years and they are always helpful , kind and caring. Just had to have a tooth extracted (!) but it was done quickly and efficiently and without pain! Plenty of reassurance given! Very impressed...

My dentist was excellent I am very nervous patient and she put me at my ease very well and looked after me very well.. Also the receptionsts at thr practice are lovely Donna is like like a friend after all the years I have been attending yout pratice she is always friendly and very kind .

New to the area and was really nervous about going to the dentist. Reception staff, assistant and dentist were all so calming and helpful. Got a deep clean and the results are incredible. Even gave me a tepe brush to help with after care. Highly recommended.
