Attended Sandygate Dental Practice for my usual check up. The refurbished reception was bright and clean, with the television at a volume that was easy to hear but not too loud. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The Dentist an his assistant, were pleasant and explained everything that I needed to know. Also asked if I had any questions for them. I was seen at the appointment time. So no waiting longer than Inhad expected.

Like a tardis, you enter Sandygate Dental Practice through an ordinary street door, to be greeted by a friendly receptionist, waiting only a few minutes before seeing your dentist. Having endured other dental practices with long waits and forced smiles, this place is refreshing and efficiently run. Everyone is genuinely pleasant and helpful, making your visit a pleasure, rather than a pain. All in all a very well run dental practice....and NHS checks, too !

Not a huge fan of going to the dentist (who is) but Sandygate have been brilliant through the work I've had and my teeth have improved greatly. The team are friendly and put me at ease, would definitely recommend!

As a first time patient, I was welcomed by a smiling, helpful lady who was clear about what to do and where to go.
I was seen on time and made to feel at ease by a friendly dentist and dental nurse. My treatment was explained to me at every step and any questions I had were answered fully.
My next appointment was made there and then and email/text notifications already received. The appointment reminder text is a helpful feature.
All in all, a pleasant experience in a calm and friendly place. I would happily recommend Sandygate Dental Practice.
