The management team have improved facilities year after year, investing in top of the range X-ray equipment and facilities in other clinical areas.And now the reception area has been totally revamped and has a modern, fresh feel. Again improved check in area, there is now a digital sign in and small children's area.
John and his team have built up a great reputation and I believe there is a long list to get on the register here, such is the demand.
Donna on reception is super friendly and efficient, and is a credit to the surgery.
Many thanks to the team for the treatment received, surely the major improvements put them in with a shout for local dentist of the year?! Keep up the good words guys!

My family and I recently moved into the S10 area and chose Sandygate Dental Practise as our family dentist. We were on a waiting list and now the almost the whole family have had their appointments in turn. My 82 year old mum, myself, my 12 year old and 3 year old son (husband yet to visit) would like to say thank you and that all our sessions have been dealt with in the most professional, friendly, and informative way. We were all very happy with the service provided and would like to recommend the dentist to anyone looking for a dentist in the area. All the staff are friendly and the dentist Dr Caitlin Yates you can see works so passionately as seen in her consultations with patients.

Attended Sandygate Dental Practice for my usual check up. The refurbished reception was bright and clean, with the television at a volume that was easy to hear but not too loud. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The Dentist an his assistant, were pleasant and explained everything that I needed to know. Also asked if I had any questions for them. I was seen at the appointment time. So no waiting longer than Inhad expected.

Like a tardis, you enter Sandygate Dental Practice through an ordinary street door, to be greeted by a friendly receptionist, waiting only a few minutes before seeing your dentist. Having endured other dental practices with long waits and forced smiles, this place is refreshing and efficiently run. Everyone is genuinely pleasant and helpful, making your visit a pleasure, rather than a pain. All in all a very well run dental practice....and NHS checks, too !
