I was wery about going back to the dentist after previously having a really bad experience with my previous one. So it had been over 7 years since my last visit to a dentist but my nerves were put at ease straight away. My new dentist, whilst although he was brutally honest with me, he was also really welcoming and supportive. He explained extremely thoroughly what treatment I needed and how it was carried out. I've now been back since and had the initial treatment which was really good and comfortable. This last course of treatment/visit has restored my faith in dentists and I'm much more comfortable with the thought of my next visit/check up in three months time. Thank you very much!

I have been with this dental practice for many years. Recently I have had a problems with one of my teeth. When the problem first occurred, the practice managed to get me an emergency appointment for Xrays and a temporary filling. A permanent filling followed and options for saving the tooth discussed. When I subsequently had more problems, I was again able to get an emergency appointment, followed by an extraction.

I always been happy with the service received. Dentists and hygienist are good and the receptionists welcoming, polite and helpful. I have recommended them to family members. The practice also sends reminders when appointments are due, and even though it's usually very busy i've always been able to get an appointment at a convenient time.
