Excellent experience
My experience from the start to finish of my appointment was excellent. The receptionists were friendly, the dentist and his were very professional and put me at ease. A thorough assessment of my teeth was conducted and a swift diagnosis to my pain was found. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and a dental plan arranged including the booking of future appointments. I was completely satisfied with everything.

I had my first visit with hygienist Felicity Price today. What a wonderful, caring person, but very thorough and took time to explain everything to me, and my teeth are now clean and sparkling.

All good. Every person was friendly and professional. Dentist, Sarah, was very good at explaining options and not pressuring for immediate decisions but willing to phone a week later to see if I had made a decision about the proposed treatment.

I was so pleased to be able to be seen by David yesterday I have been a patient of his at the previous practice he worked at for 13 years. It was also a nice surprise to find that Ruth is practise manager there. The receptionist was lovely and very considerate as well. David is a lovely man who gives me complete confidence in what he tells me and whatever treatment I get from him.
The practice I saw him at in Stafford decided without seeing me they couldn’t sort my problem out and told me to see David. It took me one and a half hours to get to Wem and it was worth the journey for my peace of mind. I shall now stay with this practice and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The practice is run very well and staff are bright and cheerful. My only reason for not giving it ( 5 stars ) is down to the cost for a check up, but I no doubt this will be similar in most private practices.

Excellent response
I was seen within 48 hours of breaking my tooth. So, an excellent response. As usual, reception was friendly and informative and I was well briefed throughout the procedure by Gemma. Pros and Cons of various treatment options were made very clear beforehand and I was very satisfied that the right treatment option was decided upon and that the whole procedure was carried out with professional expediency.
