As a first visit to this practice I was very pleasantly surprised by the warm and co-operative greeting I received from all members of staff I met. The dentist, Dave, explained all steps of the examination in a very warm, friendly manner. I couldn't fault them.

Chapel Street Dental and Implant Centre
Proper little family surgery, Gemma is a lovely dentist, and always happy being in her hands. She looks after my teeth, always caring and ask questions and she can make me laugh. What is a big thing? So thank you to Gemma and the surgery. I will never leave.

Very impressed
Can't thank you enough for managing to get me in at short notice.
I was a previous NHS Patient at Chapel Street and was aware that you no longer took NHS Appointments. I left a message and Anwen phoned me back very quickly, who after listening to my issue transferred me to Claudia. Claudia was excellent and gave me some great advice about the pain I had in a tooth, as well as explaining the pricing should I wish to have it looked at. I phoned back the next day as nothing had improved and was due to go on holiday in the next couple of weeks. Claudia again spoke to me and booked me an appointment for the same day.
David the dentist was excellent, very reassuring and couldn't do enough to help, along side the dental nurse (my sincere apologies I didn't catch your name). I didn't feel rushed at any point and felt at ease throughout the whole appointment.
Really very impressed with my whole service and while it's a shame it's no longer an NHS practise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chapel Street for any dental issues.

Very professional
I was booked to see David for a second opinion on treatment for an infected gum and tooth. He carried out tests and guided me through possible treatments. I am not keen on going to the dentist but found it a relaxing experience full of information that I felt I could trust. It was good to be able to make a decision based on such good information. He was also very professional and endorsed the suggested treatment at my usual dentist.
