Chapel Street Dental and Implant Centre
Requested an appointment for a non urgent extraction, was told it would be referred to my dentist the following week, which I was happy with. I received a telephone call from the practice the following day offering me an appointment later the same day. The treatment was carried out with the patient-centred approach that I have always had from the practice, with the dentist explaining what he was going to do and making sure I was not in any pain or discomfort. My only criticism is the move away from offering NHS treatment as even on a monthly membership plan, and the discounted rate for non-inclusive plan treatment, the charge for treatment was much greater than an NHS charge.

At Chapel Street we pride ourselves in provided a high level of care so it was reassuring to read that you received this care at your appointment and were satisfied with the care and treatment received.
The practice has over the years provided this care under a NHS contract , but unfortunately due to the current funding and time constraints with appointments we have had to make the decision to move away from the NHS and provide care independently.

It took me 5 years to finally make the appointment, arrived full of anxiety .. then I met David the Dentist who made me feel at ease.. was patient, talked me through the consultation to the point where I am now looking forward to my next visit.. thank you Chapel Street Dental

Up to date and comprehensive care
As always the Chapel Street practice provided excellent, professional, friendly service. The reception is always welcoming and efficient, from the lovely lady at the desk, to Sarah and her nurse ( apologies for not recalling names).
My ageing teeth get up to date and comprehensive care which is keeping them healthy!

Hygienist appointment
I didn't have to wait at all. I was taken from reception, straight to the hygenist. Very friendly and funny so I was at ease. It was all prepared and clean. All done in 20 minutes and when I returned to reception my new appointments were decided.
