As always Elana was very professional but also very empathetic when delivering treatment. She always explains what she is going to do and gives time for me to ask any questions. I would highly recommend her.

We were grateful to Anwin, the Lead Receptionist at Chapel Street Dental, who went out of her way to arrange for my husband to have a dental appointment today, along-side my appointment, to fix a tooth that he had broken at the weekend. Anwin is caring and friendly and feels like one of the family!
Dr Sarah Smith, who we feel equally comfortable with, made a good tooth out of my husband's broken one, until a crown can be sorted, and filled my decayed tooth so that it looks like a new tooth. You cannot see the difference between tooth and filling; I am chuffed. I did not feel the needle for the anesthetic. The tooth looks good and feels good. The Dental Nurse, Claudia was attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Sarah Smith and Claudia are lovely, friendly people, who work together professionally and with great kindness.
I have been having a conversation with Dr Sarah and a consultant dentist, Dr Rajashree Sreenivasan, a specialist with knowledge and experience of the effects of radiation from throat cancer treatment. Dr Rajashree's opinions agreed with Dr Sarah's own thoughts regarding my treatment. The thorough advice I have received has resulted in me being able to make informed choices that I am confident are the right ones for me.
I enjoyed my visit to the dentist today. We feel Dr Sarah Smith is an excellent dentist, and the whole team are friendly, kind, caring and professional.
