Sarah tried valiantly for forty minutes to remove a recalcitrant tooth with all the tools at her disposal including pliers, saw, knuckle duster, crowbar but to no avail. Her patience was exemplary as was her resistance to resort to abusive language, unlike myself (under my breath).

Brilliant
I never felt a thing. I saw Sarah, she was brilliant, she explained everything that I had to have done, the assistant was really nice, it was a very pleasant time.

My experience
I had the new water jet and dye system to scale my teeth. My hygienist and dental nurse were careful and gentle and explained everything as it went along. Although my teeth were nice clean, I did not like the procedure at all. I swallowed so much water I was uncomfortable and the bitter taste of the dye took a long time to wear off.
I don't want to have this procedure ever again.

I attended the dental practice today for both a checkup and a dental hygiene session. I've been coming to the Chapel Street practice for over 15 years now and have always been fully satisfied with their treatments. Today was no exception.There is always an easy and helpful welcome. Dr Gemma Cockburn, is the lead dentist and is friendly, polite, clear, professional and reassuring. In all my long years she has been, in my opinion, the very best of dentists! ...... and the whole Chapel Street practice can be highly commended also. What a team. Mike S
