Excellent, flexible & customer focused
The treatment - a check-up & clean -was very well done. I had an emergency Doctor's appointment so time was short & the Centre had to swap 2 appointments to meet my needs. This was done swiftly & calmly - excellent service all round.

Outstanding service
My first visit to Chapel Street has been with an abscess in a root under a crown. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, then found an appointment quickly. Every single member of the practice is helpful, cheerful and above all super professional. After an initial consultation where the tooth was examined and x-rays taken, everything was discussed and explained clearly, and it was decided to remove the tooth. An appointment was found super quickly, and even though I was a bit nervous of having my first extraction as an adult, I needn't have worried. What superb care. Every step was explained before, and whilst, the root was being removed. Not a single twinge during or after the tooth was removed. Nothing. Just a lot of very careful and superbly professional work that was needed to cleanly remove the root, and clean out the abscess. Thank you, everyone at Chapel Street. You really are the best. If the feedback allowed for 6 stars, I'd award you those.

Had a filling by Doc Sarah, didn’t feel the injection go in, work done quickly and treatment discussion done in a professional yet friendly manner. Left the surgery a pain free and happy. What’s not to like? Happy Days!
