My recent visit to Chapel Street Dentist was as a result of a fall whilst out walking, and following on from a visit with the maxillofacial clinic. I saw Dr Gemma C, who gave me thorough examination after I had explained how the fall happened. She was brilliant with the treatment provided and so were the nurses who assisted in the room. I'm happy with the clinic and it's staff. They're always welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional.

Hygienist kind and considerate
I really don't like going to the dentists.
I've suffered alot of pain in the last few years so i've got less resilience. The hygienist was thorough but careful not to aggravate any sensitive areas. Both she and her assistant were lovely- cheerful and welcoming with a good sense of humour.

Emergency dental panic
I managed to break the two teeth anchoring my bridge, I was swiftly given appointment where the damage was diagnosed, temporarily glued in place, and an urgent series of further appointments organised for the next week to repair/rectify the damage. This was done in a calm and friendly manner by all the staff at Chapel Street, from reception, nurses, and Doc Sarah Smith. Happy Days!
