Reassures me every step of the way

The dentist that I have just visited ( can’t remember her name sorry ) she's just so nice, she knows I worry about my teeth etc and is genuinely so nice and friendly and totally supportive. She reassures me every step of the way and makes a traumatic experience a lot easier to bare!

Great personal service

We are extremely lucky to have the use of Chapel Street Dentist as a NHS patient; it isn’t taken for granted. On entry, you are warmly greeted by receptionists. In the surgery, the time taken at appointments allows detailed explanation of the cause of dental concerns, what is a best course of treatment, how much it will cost and expectation on wait times. Great personal service that we are very grateful for.

Everything is always explained

All the staff are always so friendly. Sarah and the assistant always are very welcoming and are very thorough with the check ins, everything is always explained fully and I feel at ease.
