Satisfied with my whole experience
I was very pleased and satisfied with my whole experience at Chapel Street Dental today.
I have been a patient of David for many years, and I cannot think that I have ever had cause to find fault with his work for me, or his 'chairside manner '. We have a joke or two and a laugh. An appointment with David is like renewing an acquaintance with an old friend.
I met Emma ( and her assistant ) for the first time today and I was very pleased with their contribution to my treatment. They were very gentle, polite and courteous.
In summary, ten marks out of ten all round. That goes for Reception too ; sorry I can't remember your name: apologies.
I look forward to seeing you all in August.
