Overall a good experience.
Sarah was very friendly, asking lots of questions to ascertain how i take care of my teeth, not just hy brushing but also other relevant information. After checking my teeth she advised me on a possible better way to use brushes instead of flossing and demonstrated how to use them, she even gave me 2 free samples. Overall a good experience.

Had occasion to seek unscheduled help from Chapel Street Dental last week to attend to pain in back tooth.
They found me an appointment at short notice, identified the problem, and resolved it with a replacement filling. No fuss, no pain, problem solved. Brilliant !

I always feel welcomed
It is always the friendliness and expertise of all the staff. Although I have never been scared of the Dentist's, I always feel welcomed and never have any complaints about the treatment.

The staff at Wem Dentist are superb. Should really go on Facebook and say this but then they would be coming from everywhere and we Wemians would find it difficult to get an appointment !!!
