My latest visit to Chapel Street Practice was just about my most pleasant visit to a dentist in my life. Feels more like a happy day at a coffee morning. Such professionalism, confidence inspiring and genuinely friendly staff. I cannot speak highly enough of them all. Perfection!

Check up plus Xray and filling.
I have had my treatment at this dentist since 1978/79 under the previous dentist owner of the practice, followed by the new and present owners who took over the practice 10years + ago. I can honestly say that I was always treated with respect and greeted with a smile. My only gripe is the treatment costs that are getting out of reach causing many not to have the work required done.

Very pleased
I was pleased to be given an appointment the following day after calling the surgery. The filling was replaced quickly without need for an anaesthetic and I remarked that the dentist herself was too gentle to be a dentist, but I was very pleased.

Fast Treatment for Problem Tooth
I needed treatment just before a weekend on a wisdom tooth that was playing up beyond my control. I was pleased that Sarah was able to see me that day (though not my usual dentist) and following an examination, remove the tooth quickly and painlessly.

I was given an appointment quickly, on the day I arrived I was treated with kindness and respect. The tooth was inspected, I was given options and the treatment was to have the filling removed and the tooth built up and refilled. Excellent service and lovely people.
