Dental treatment review
Todays appointment was the first one where there was a bit of a delay in being seen, but the team kept me informed of the delays. It was no big deal but it did cut it a little bit fine on nearby parking.
I do have to say that everyone here is very pleasant and for someone who is not particularly keen on going to the dentist, the dentist always reassures me which helps. So Thank you! It was also good to have detailed explanations of things that may have come about from the visit.

As usual, the treatment with Gemma felt highly professional, very thorough but also kind and relaxed. It lasted an extra half an hour with no question of extra payment. I was regularly asked how I was feeling. It's great to feel so completely confident in my dentist and who is so available if concerns arise. I might even quite enjoy the visits!

Emergency treatment including extraction
Due to intense pain, I needed emergency treatment at the surgery in Wem, which was easily arranged. Following very considerate and pain free treatment with excellent care which was explained throughout, an extraction was required.
This was also carried out with great care and explanation of the whole treatment all the time.
After the procedure the explanation of what I should do for myself was explained thoroughly.

Crown fitting
I had to wait a bit for my appointment but things happen beyond control, this wasn't an issue for me. Gemma and nursing staff are always patient and calming. My mouth is not the easiest and it took a while to fit the crown and make it comfortable, I felt sorry it took so long but Gemma never rushed or made me feel time was short.
