I had a broken tooth a week or so before Christmas. I was not in any pain. However Chapel Street had me in within a few days and Sarah carried out a permanent repair, now all good. The staff at the practice are very nice people and offer a professional service. I would highly recommend Chapel Street Dental and Implant Centre.

Couldn't fault them!

Went for a check-up, and a small problem was noted with a worn-down tooth. It was dealt with the same day and was wonderful. Couldn’t fault them!

I went to the hygienist after 3 months, I had been given advice on how to improve my teeth. After following the advice I was very pleased that pockets had stayed the same and no bleeding!

The best dental practice I have ever been to

From routine check-ups to crowns and root canals, I have had many problems with my teeth and Chapel St Dental has come to my rescue several times. They always get you seen as soon as possible and when you are there they are always friendly and happy to see you, they make you feel comfortable and at ease and treat you like you are part of their family. Finally you get some of the best dental work money can buy and you won't fear going to the dentist's half as much as you once did. All the staff are wonderful and happy which goes to show what a great team they are.

Emergency appointment

Great service, I phoned on Monday having just list a filling and was offered an appointment the next day! While I was there, Gemma gave me a full MOT and identified a possible future problem, so I now know to watch out for that tooth. Excellent work to replace the broken filling too.

A tough week

I’ve had the worst toothache ever experienced with pain like I’ve never had before (even during childbirth) and after 4 visits to Chapel Street due to the tooth playing up I’ve finally had the nasty thing removed. The attention, speed and care shown by the entire team, as believe me I saw them all and all treatment rooms, I’m finally (almost) pain free as the wound heals. Thanks Gemma and team, this week.

I have a bad gag reflex so the dentist isn't normally my happy place. My last hygienist appointment was the most pleasant ever. The hygienist understood the situation and was very careful with the treatment.

The treatment I received was excellent, however, having to sit in the waiting room for over half an hour rather took the gloss off the visit. I can understand it is affected by not knowing exactly what problems patients are bringing in but I thought on this occasion it was excessive.

Repair of broken filling

I recently lost part of my filling. Rang Chapel Street for an appointment and they fitted me in within a week which was great as I wasn’t in any pain. Fabulous practice! We’ve been so happy with the service and treatment from all the team! Keep up the great work guys!

Check up

As I have a fear of dentists after a horrible experience when younger (I’m 60+) I’m always apprehensive beforehand, but no need with Gemma and team. From the time you go into the surgery you are made to feel comfortable and are asked constantly if your ok or even would you like to stop and take a minute. Really pleased and especially as I didn’t need any treatment.
