Front Tooth Saviours
After part of my front tooth fell out at the weekend, I was desperate to get it fixed before I went on holiday. Spoke to Alwin in reception who organised an appointment at midday the same day I called. Friendly, efficient Gemma explained each part of the procedure and her assistant was on hand checking I was comfortable. Couldn't fault the service and asked to be registered with the practice for all future dental needs.

Chapel Street Dental
Chapel Street Dental staff are very friendly and seem genuinely happy at their work. They are also very efficient at what they do. I have had previous fillings done and although never pleasant it was a pain free experience. I will certainly keep using them.

My first visit to the hygienist for some time, due to problems I experienced from my previous appointment. I did find the use of water spray during de scaling my teeth quite uncomfortable.

After being shown upstairs to the treatment room the conversation flowed quite easily and treatment/inspection began. All was good and the hygenist was caring and gentle. It finished with a polish and flouride application and presentation of the receipt.

I always thought that all Dentistry personnel were trained as Cornish open pit miners, but the personnel at Chapel St. Dental are superb, professional, kind, courteous, caring, dental professionals who know their job. I can't thank or praise them enough.

Cannot fault the service. Arrived and within a couple of minutes Gemma was having a good prod about my mouth. After that a very relaxing hygienist did all sorts. Will come again.
