I have to say, chapel street is the best dental practice I have ever been registered with.
Big shout out to all staff.. from reception, dentists, hygienists and assistants.. I honestly can’t praise them all enough.
Not only are they fantastic with my two young children and how they treat them and put them at ease, but also their time, the quality of care and how generally thorough they are from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
I’ve had 3 appointments within 2 months and I honestly cannot praise them enough.
Respectful, approachable and friendly.

I have been putting off going to a dentist for years as I am absolutely terrified, I did some research into a few and I came across this fantastic practice. I was put at ease on the phone booking my appointment, I was told that it was very normal to be anxious but I was in safe hands.
At both my appointments I was greeted with such warmth I felt so at ease.
I can’t thank Dr Sarah and her team enough.
Honestly feel so much more confident in myself with the work I’ve had done already, and there is more to come. And weirdly enough I’m looking forward to it!
I highly recommend this practice.

Would definitely recommend this dentist I don't live in Wem but this surgery still seen me . A very friendly practice made me feel very welcome and Gemma was fantastic explained everything in great detail. Thank you so much for seeing me!

Sarah saw my 11 yo son at relatively short notice today after he chipped a tooth. She provided appropriate treatment but also provided lots of reassurance both to my son and also to me as his Mum. I really appreciate the care we were given, thank you Sarah.

I am absolutely petrified of the dentist but after having horrendous tooth ache for weeks I gave in and had to go, They where great with me!!! Very reassuring and dealt with me brilliantly... unfortunately I had to come back for an emergency appointment and Gemma was amazing with me as I had to have root canal she kept me informed all the way through, kept me calm and has completely conquered my fear I have absolutely no worries about returning to have my tooth removed on Friday which is an amazing thing for me!! I can’t thank you both enough.
