Recently moved to the area and booked in with Dr Furqan Ali for an emergency appointment. I was seen very promptly and he managed repair my tooth painlessly and with amazing attention to detail.
I hadn't been to the dentist for almost 9 years (bad experience with my last dentist so lost total confidence!) so he suggested I book back in for a check up.
He gave me the most detailed check up i've ever had, and talked me through my whole mouth using pictures he had taken during the appointment. He told me about a few potential problems in the mouth and highlighted which ones were okay for me to leave for a short while and others which needed attention sooner.
Dr Ali was very friendly and gentle during both appointments, gave me great advice as well as a detailed plan for my mouth. I feel more confident now and gave regained the trust I lost with my last dentist.
