Always so friendly, helpful and kind. Treatment excellent. Because of problems with the patient before, they were running about 15 minutes late, but they apologised, offered drinks, and made sure everything was alright.

Reassured me that all was well
I saw Mrs Gilly Mackenzie after making an urgent call to reception regarding a root canal filling that I thought had come out!! Gilly was absolutely excellent in her immediate response to seeing me in between her scheduled patients. She was kind, reassuring, professional and reassured me that all was well for me to continue on my holidays the next day. I am so, so grateful to her and think she displays everything that a caring dentist should be. I would also like to say a huge thank you to her once again.
