Seen straight away
It's Friday afternoon, I bit into my sandwich and part of my upper premolar tooth came away. In panic, I rang the practice immediately and thankfully they asked me to go straight away. My tooth was very sensitive, therefore I was relieved to be seen so quickly.
Met at reception with the usual friendly greeting and seen by Gilly, my regular dentist.
Gilly is very calming, put me at ease, dressed the tooth and I left as an exceedingly happy patient.
