We’re sorry that the cost came as a surprise. Our price list is displayed in the practice and website, and we do usually provide a treatment estimate before planned treatments. In this instance, as the repair was carried out during your appointment rather than being a pre-planned procedure, the reception team would not have known exactly what treatment would be required or the associated cost beforehand. However, we appreciate that the cost should have been made clearer before proceeding, and we will remind the team of the importance of discussing this where possible.

Brilliant
I had 2 appointments with Iain Roe recently. The first was a routine check-up: as always very thorough. I'd had a small piece chip off a tooth, leaving a sharp edge. The biting surface of this same tooth and the adjacent one had worn down, leaving uneven dips into which food often got stuck. Iain explained how he could rectify this, so at my second appointment 10 days later, he re-filled and smoothed both these teeth. They now look and feel as they used to - brilliant! He also took new x-rays of my back teeth to update my records. The atmosphere in Iain's surgery is always very calm. Many thanks to him and the nurses for making my visits stress-free.

The practice has a relaxed atmosphere. It is always spotless and equipped with up to date technology.
All the staff are very kind and helpful.
Paul Lowe is an excellent dentist. He’s gentle, but thorough. You don’t feel as if you are visiting a dentist. Helen the hygienist does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and offering me advice.
I would recommend this practice.
