Professionalism of staff to individual patients and time given. Ok, we are paying for it as private patients, but practice seems responsive and trying to improve continually, rather than adopting complacent attitude, so deserve our support.
I would like to see more comfortable sofas in the waiting area and surgery couches, not good for back support!
Also Invisalign for all enquiring patients, not just simple ones.
Interested to see new tooth whitening product as I had expressed dissatisfaction after paying for previous gel tubes, which weren't suitable for purpose.

As a general practice we offer Invisalign but more complex cases we refer to a specialist orthodontist to ensure that our patients receive the correct and highest level of care. Regarding tooth whitening, since the Department of Trade and Industry stopped practices providing Britesmile the majority of tooth whitening methods use tray and gel systems. We provide Voco and Risio, both high quality brands, and these have generally proved to be popular. However, there are various systems available that you may want to try if you find them unsuitable.
