Care that goes above and beyond

I recently needed to see Paul for an emergency situation and I was seen within two hours of calling the practice. I received temporary care and an appointment made for two days later. The reception staff and dental nursing staff are so caring and understanding. Paul dealt with my issue quickly and yet found time to reassure me too. I then received a follow up phone the following day to see how I was. I completely recommend this practice and I feel confident in the very capable hands of Paul and Gilly.

Hygienist

I was seen promptly by hygienist Helen. She and her assistant were friendly. Helen was very thorough, and she explained what she was doing and why throughout the procedure. She was most encouraging, with gentle reminders on how to continue with a routine of optimal dental/oral care in between appointments. My teeth look and feel super-clean, which is a great feeling.
