An excellent dentist

Paul is a very pleasant gentleman, patient and painstaking and works to a very high standard. I have never felt the slightest pain while being treated and would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dentist. His staff are delightful too and unfailingly helpful.

Made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process

Ian carried out a very intricate procedure on my front tooth by taking out an old filling & an area of the tooth which had become infected. He then replaced this with a new filling.

I was made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process by Ian & his dental assistant. At no stage did I feel any discomfort.

Excellent treatment as always.

Every time I visit the practice, the staff are always so helpful and pleasant, they have always time to explain about any queries I may have. I feel very privileged to have Gilly as my dentist, she always makes me feel totally at ease and extremely professional. Always a good experience at Paul Lowe Dentistry.

Many thanks for your feedback, it is important to us. The aim of all of us here at the Practice is to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of oral health for our patients. The "scores" are indicators of health and are not only markers of the present situation but act as a tangible comparison to previous values which is helpful; I might add that they are also a requirement of the General Dental Council. We always encourage and never criticise but feel it is our duty, and your expectation, to point out where there may be scope for improvement. I hope this is reassuring. PL.
