As usual my dentist, Gillian MacKenzie, was very thorough in her examination of my teeth and gums. She also always checks the movement of my jaw.
My hygienist was extremely thorough in her initial check of my gums and teeth. When she commenced cleaning my teeth her assistant did a wonderful job of making sure the water was suctioned away without me having to raise my hand to indicate I need a break. In the past I have swallowed quite a lot of water so, therefore, needed a break, but not this time. Very well done.

Terrific as usual
You cannot really fault Paul and his team for the quality of service which is second to none.
Paul always puts you at ease with any initial nerves disappearing.
The Surgery areas are spotless and cannot be faulted.
You are always kept advised of any treatment required and are fully costed at the time.
Reception staff are very pleasant and accommodating with regard to appointments etc.
Dont think I would go anywhere else.

An excellent experience
As always, I had an excellent experience at Paul Lowe’s dentist. Although only for a six monthly check up, it was very thorough and reassuring. A back tooth which Paul has been carefully keeping an eye on is now ready for treatment. As always, Paul is prepared to answer all my queries and always puts my mind at rest. The team at the surgery are all brilliant, too. Reception is always welcoming, friendly and reassuring. This was much in evidence at my appointment yesterday. The dental nurse was also highly professional and most pleasant during my visit.
