Excellent service all round. Everything has been so easy and hassle-free. Dr Roe is a real gentleman; he is patient and understanding and very personable. The nursing staff have also been outstanding. I have had appointment times to fit in with work and care commitments and have rarely been kept waiting. Fees are very fair. I am delighted with the results and am no longer embarrassed to smile. Would recommend this practice to anyone who is wondering about going to the dentist but needs reassurance and compassion.

Brilliantly calm and thorough
I recently visited Paul Lowe Dentistry to get a second opinion on a problematic tooth. I came out of my appointment with Ian feeling far more knowledgeable and reassured about things- he was brilliantly calm and thorough in his explanation and very happy to answer all my questions and concerns.
All of the staff I met were so lovely and I’m very grateful for being able to get the appointment so quickly.

The decision to change my dental practice (a house move meant longer travelling times) eventually became a necessity.
A nervous patient at the best of times, up to now it had always been a case of ‘better the devil you know’.
I arrived for my appointment feeling a little anxious, but I was immediately put at ease by a lovely welcome from the receptionist.
A modern, comfortable waiting room added to that sense of welcome and the inevitable form filling and explanations regarding plans etc was done quickly and efficiently.
The appointment itself, a preliminary consultation, was a far less daunting procedure than I’d expected. Thorough as it was, it was also done in such a calm and reassuring way that it didn’t feel at all like check ups I’ve had in the past and if/when I require some invasive work done, I won’t be anywhere near as nervous as I might otherwise have been.
A visit to the dentist will never be a pleasure, but in fairness Paul and his staff made it as close to that as it could ever be.
Phew.

A calm and reassuring dentist
Just joined this practice and had my initial appointment.
Paul is a very calm and reassuring dentist. I am not the best dental patient as I can get quite anxious but I felt completely relaxed from start to finish. All the staff at the practice are very professional. I was made to feel welcome on arrival and felt well looked after throughout my appointment.
