I was greeted by two very friendly ladies at reception. Took a seat . Was called in to see Dr. Bhavin in under a minute. He explained my dental situation and suggested treatment to which I agreed. Overall very happy with everyone at the practice. I always experience good friendly treatment there. That is why I continue to go there. Reception are ladies are friendly and professional and I like and trust my dentist .

The receptionist is very rude not only to patients but also to staff (in front of patients) I'm surprised she still has a job! I have heard a lot of complaints about the same receptionist! Something needs to be sorted out regarding her behaviour!

Waiting times are ridiculous, you never get seen on time. But if we are late because of any reason we get penalised. Waiting times need to improve.

I had a lovely locum dentist but she was unable to book my treatment in, so I am having to wait until it can be sorted out. Apparently my dentist has left. Otherwise a good visit.
