Excellent dental practice

Trafalgar Practice is an excellent dental practice and the care and professional attention given to me as a patient is very good indeed. The reception staff are also helpful and welcoming.

Hard to understand the dentist, never see the same one and always have to explain what the previous dentist explained my treatment plan was, then always told that that’s not the case by the next dentist I see. Don’t really know what’s going on, never do. Be nice to actually see the same dentist for once. Which I don’t think I ever have, which clearly impacts treatment as no one ever knows what is going one. Hardly helpful is it.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Never feel rushed. Always have time to go at the pace of the client. Very understanding when my 86 year old mother who has dementia is the client.

Incredibly friendly and helpful. Receptionist and also the dentist who made me feel completely at ease - what a shame she is a locum as I would have happily asked to be placed under her care permanently.
