They are helpful but now not happy with them as I forgot two appointments as I do forget some times and they kicked out and my forgets lots appointments and she is still on their books. As I find them helpful and that's the only one dentist for and would like them to reconsider as I like Bavhin as he has helped me a lot with my teeth. And now I feel now that I do have learning disability and do forget things I think it's unfair they should be able to do that. As the whole family are with SCA Woolston. And there are no other dentist for NHS as kind as SCA with in range for me. And I don't have transport so I rely on buses. And woolston is easy for me to get.

Karen my dentist is very friendly

Karen my dentist is very friendly and always puts me at ease. Both receptionists are friendly and helpful. And I like that they phone a couple of days before appointment to remind you, I'm forgetful!

The dentist is always friendly and explains everything well. The receptionist yesterday was very efficient and helpful in chasing up an appointment for my son.

I have been going there for many years

I have been going there for many years and have found both reception and dental staff caring and helpful. The dentists themselves take the time to explain any work that needs to be done. They will ensure that the visit to the dentist will be as painless as possible.
