I really like my dentist Mr Bhavin. But some of the dental nurses and reseptionists are SO unfriendlly. Going to the dentist is an unpleasant necessity s o a smile or any warmth goes a long way. I must stress my dentist is very warm kind and professional that is why i stay. If he left i would leave

Made me feel very comfortable

The dentist made me feel very comfortable and at ease, that's the reason I moved back to this branch from where I live as he was previously in my town but he moved. He listened, not like others who don't.

Everyone makes me feel at ease

I'm a very nervous patient when it comes to my teeth after a former dentist hurt me, since joining the surgery my faith in attending a dentist surgery is getting better and everyone makes me feel at ease.

To date we have always found the reception staff always friendly and helpful and going that extra mile

Dentist always honest about treatments

Booking appointments easy. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. Dentist always honest about treatments and advice given. You do what it says on the tin, but go that bit further with the way you all appear to gel. No pun intended.
