Explains everything thoroughly
Walked in for my appointment 30mins early, greeted with a smile from reception team and was called in straight away, so no waiting times. My dentist puts me at ease and explains everything thoroughly what treatment he is doing. Showed me X-rays of my teeth, best dentist I have had.

Up until I registered with SCA Trafalgar, I was always really nervous, due to bad experience in the past, but Karen put me at ease from day one. The staff have always been kind and helpful which has helped with my fear off dentists. A big thank you to u all.

The reception staff are the best thing about the dentist, they are polite help you with anything. If it was not for them I think I would have left the practice, they are brilliant.

Dentist was late arriving for work. When I sat down in the dentist chair I was informed that I could not be treated as I had a cold sore. This could have been communicated in the reminder text so someone else could have had the appointment and I could have avoided wasting time.

I was been told (or ordered) what to do rather than discuss about the option of my own oral health. I felt like I was been treated like an animal rather than human being. The dental surgery I will never visit again.

My experience was no different to all other routine check-ups, eg. Visual inspection, gum Xrays, and a final clean up. Time taken= 10mins.
