So nice, friendly place

I always feel really at ease with Karen, tells me exactly what us going to happen. My phobia of dentists has really changed since I have been going there for over 2 years now. Told family and friends to go there. So nice, friendly place .

Nice friendly place ...good dentist....only bad point is making you pay before you can book your £55 pound treatment appointment .if you don't have the cash straight away that day ...and have to wait few weeks till payday ..then you book up..might not be able to fit you in that quickly...then your problem is going on too long....and should stay open later and account for people that work ...were not all on benefits like most people...why should we waste a days holiday to go to the dentist for 30 mins

Appointment was delayed by nearly 1 hour. Bit annoying. Karen very nice but sometimes feel rushed. Also Hygienist needs to have more days available at surgery.
