Relaxed and calming appointment
From start to finish the service is excellent , you get a text reminder a few days before your appointment as well as a telephone reminder, the front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly and the dental nurses and assistants very friendly and caring when you are actually in the chair , making you feel at ease and banishing nerves for a relaxed and calming appointment.

Appointment at Trafalgar Dental Practice
Wait too long for appointments . My treatment has been delayed for 4 months because of lack of communication Cost of some treatment has been covered by N HS , in other dentists , which you have to pay private . However , dentist and all staff are very friendly and compassionate .

Appointments was fast when in pain. Nice staff and my dentist was on time with every visit. His skill was paramount with no complaints during or after extractions. It's a great dentist! Simple as that .

Great to get an appointment at short notice. Receptionist, Tracey, very friendly and helpful. The dentist, Edit was welcoming, put me at ease and explained everything. Excellent service.

On my last visit they work very hard to accommodate me for appointments in the next six weeks but I must say overall sometimes I can be very helpful and Val the times very awkward but it seems like there\'s a few new people there now that seems to have been more co-operative now

Nothing over critical but practice appear to have a turnover of staff, patient experience could be improved. Appear to be keen to promote other work to be undertaken - negative from my point of view
