They cancel your appointment on the day and only re-arrange if you ask them to.
They're rude.
They cancel your appointment if you are more than 5 minute s late, even when I ring to let them know I\'m on my way, but yet if I\'m on time for my appointment I could be waiting half an hour some days. But yet it\' s okay for them to keep us waiting. \nThey wouldn\'t let me know when my mums appointment was when I asked they said it was confidential even though I\'m h er daughter. They try book you loads of appointments for one thing so that you have to pay loads.

Dear valued patient,

I am sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the service received at our practice. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we may need to cancel your appointment this may be due to the dentist being unwell. We do our best to keep the surgery running on time but on occasions there can be delays and for this we apologise.
As a practice we have to adhere to confidentiality and data protection which is why we can not give details of another patients appointments with out their consent to do so.
Treatment under the NHS is charged on a banding system with 3 separate bands. These charges are fixed, and patients are not charged per visit. If you would like to discuss any of the points that you have raised or any other matter regarding your experience at the practice please contact the practice.

Very pleased with my treatment

Had a deep clean yesterday, was very nervous (need tablets from g p ). Mr Dhavin was very patient and understanding. He also explained everything he was going to do. Very pleased with my treatment. Thank you

So pleased I joined SCA Trafalgar

My visit to SCA Trafalgar Woolston has always been pleasant. My last visit was the same. Tracey the receptionist always polite and lovely and willing to answer questions. Edit the dentist is the same and thought it was wonderful of her to offer to give me Hygienic treatment just two weeks after a normal check up appointment as I had asked if I could see the hygienist but couldn't get an appointment till December. All round ten out of ten and so pleased I joined SCA Trafalgar Woolston.
