The patient has advanced dementia and does not understand the simplest requests but he was treated with the utmost respect and the care given could not have been bettered I would like to say a big Thank you to the wonderful staff at Woolston Southampton.

Dentist was punctual and efficient, no problems with treatment and the whole process ( replacing a filling ) was completed in less than ten minutes.

Saw Edit who diagnosed an abscess. Very efficient and friendly.

Dentist had a great manner, very knowledgeable and took time to explain things....reception staff as always really good.

I recently had a filling that had come out replaced by Karen at the Woolston practice. At the same visit she also repaired several other chipped teeth in the vicinity, she was very accommodating when I found I needed to return a few days later to have a slight reduction of the filling material of one of the teeth (I have a very deep bight) all is now perfect. The Reception staff were very efficient and helpful and managed to fit me in later on the same day as I phoned. My wife and myself have been Patients at this Practice for about four years, since moving to the area and have always had very good service from the Practice in general. In particular Karen is the most gentle Dentist I have ever known, as well as being very caring, thorough and Professional, I would recommend them to anyone!

I called into you Woolston Southampton dentist as my new denture plate had snapped and I need to find out if it could be repaired or if it would need replacing, as it turns out it can be repaired and I will be picking up the dentures tomorrow. I also had a severe ear ache so I went to my gp who checked my ears and said there was nothing wrong with my ear so it must be upper tooth pain, whilst I was making an appointment with Tracy someone phoned in whilst I was making an appointment with Tracy the person who called in had cancelled their appointment so Tracey offered me that appointment for 10 minutes time, perfect. I saw Bhavan and he said that I had an infection in my tooth and prescribed me some antibiotics so I took the prescription to boots and they said that I could not have the antibiotics prescribed so I went back dentist and straight away the antibiotics were changed to a one that I could have, Tracey also has given me a follow up appointment with my regular dentist Edit as the infected tooth does need to come out either at your dental clinic or possibly the hospital. I am extremely grateful for the help and support from the staff nothing was too much trouble many thanks to the dental team in Woolston.

Dentist was thorough and explained the likely result of not following up on treatment and care of gums and teeth.

No problems at all with getting an appointment, friendly staff, pleasant waiting area, very caring and friendly (Karen) dentist.

Lots of appointments get cancelled and really long wait for hygienist appointment.

The dentist is keen to know whether anything in my lifestyle would affect dental health, i.e. do I put sugar in tea or coffee? What do I use to clean my teeth, manual or electric. He believes in the "patient" doing whatever is possible to help themselves.

There was a thirty minute wait for my appointment but it went quickly as I found a good magazine to read. The staff were friendly and helpful as usual. My dentist made me feel welcome and was professional and caring throughout. I had two fillings, the treatment was good and I felt comfortable at all times.
