We consider ourselves lucky to have found this Dental Practice when we moved to the area. Our confidence has been reinstated with Dentists. At SCA Trafalgar the reception staff are polite and welcoming. We are registered with Karen who is caring, gentle and professional. I am quite a nervous patient and my dentist and assistant very much put me at ease before and during my appointment. Very thoughtful and respectful in their treatment of me. I had a call later in the day from the surgery to make sure I was ok which I really appreciated.

A massive thank you
I phoned the dentist to say that my front tooth on my denture plate had snapped off I had the tooth and the plate, the receptionist Jackie was brilliant and found me an appointment to see Karen my usual dentist the same day at 12. I saw Karen and explained that I am going on holiday on on Friday 25th and this was Tuesday 22nd and Karen was sure my plate and tooth could be fixed and would be back on Thursday which was great. Upon leaving I had to speak with receptionist Tracey who had found out if the plate would be back in time for Friday and it would be back however I could not have a fitting appointment so it was agreed that I would collect the plate and go to the toilet and make sure it fitted so this is what I did unfortunately but plate was loose so I told Tracey it was loose and I was told to take a seat and would see if the dentist could squeeze me and I am pleased to say that the dentist tightened up the plate and all is great so I say a massive thank you to all of the staff in Trafalgar dentist in Woolston Southampton.
