Best Dental Practice I’ve been to
I have been going to The Dental Group for many years now. They are without a doubt the best I’ve ever been to. I’ve had filling/ crowns/ root canal/ extraction & an implant. They’ve shown compassion for my fear of dentists. Not only are they very professional & offer great service but I have come to know all of them over the years. From receptionist to assistants, hygienist. They are all welcoming & friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now

I hate dentist always have always will. However this dentist is like no other dentist.
Giselle is the most beautiful receptionist,she's beautiful inside and outside, this same professionalism was met by Jess who is also kind and caring. I later learned Giselle and Jess are mother and daughter, so was thinking that perhaps this level of kindness just runs in the family, however the whole dental group as a whole are just kind hearted supportive people. Geoff did wonders with my teeth, with the help of braces my gap closed up in 4 months. The results have impressed my friends who are now using this dentist.
I attach photos of before and after and see for yourself. Look no further this is the dentist to join.
Geoff has a young assist who is so supportive and amazing, unfortunately I do not know your name but thank you so much. God bless you all

Emergency Treatment
I was desperate today as my front crown fell off. I got an appointment same day and a temporary crown fit it. Anna and her and colleagues have been so patience and I want to say the quality of the work. You cannot even tell that something is happening. I am forever grateful!

Booked for the hygienist. Actual visit on the same day at 5:00 in the evening. The work done was excellent, a thorough cleaning and examination of my teeth. This was worth the money.

Extraction
I contacted the clinic for a tooth extraction. The appointment was for March 17th. Dr. Konstantinos performed the extraction very professionally and carefully. I had two follow-up visits after the extraction. I want to highlight the professionalism and excellent attitude of the doctor, nurse, and reception staff. Thank you very much.

A positive experience
Everyone is always friendly and helpful. However, we have had some issues previously with waiting in reception for a while before being called to appointments. Today, as usual, we arrived on time for the appointment for my son. We eventually were called in to our appointment. When we left the lady at the desk called us aside and apologised for the long wait and made amends.
I know that sometimes previous appointments can run over a little. I really appreciated that they had noticed our long wait and made things right. Thank you for that. This is what we would expect from professionals and it was handled well by staff.

Excellent experience having phase 1 of 2 implants fitted in one session. A thoughtful and attentive approach to being ready for the procedure, the procedure went well as expected with a very caring yet businesslike approach and the after-care package is proving effective.

Reassuring throughout
I went to the hygienist Anna for a routine scale and polishing. I had numbing cream first to make me comfortable and pain free while the pain block was put in. Anna was reassuring throughout the whole process as was her assistant. I can feel how clean they are and I feel so refreshed. Then I had a check up and X-rays under the supervision of Dr Jeff O’Carroll. Just a side note, Jess and Giselle, who manage from reception are friendly, professional with a positive energy!
