I felt that my problems regarding a crown which had recently fallen out, and also ongoing concerns about teeth with cracked roots which I am doing my best to preserve for now were all listened to. Helpful advice and information was given as to how to proceed, for which I was very grateful. Thank you for the patience shown.

As a very nervous patient, I attend the dental group for a extraction of a tooth, when I arrived at the practice I was welcomed by the receptionist gisselle I mentioned to her I was very nervous and she reassured me that it will be fine, whilst waiting in the waiting area I was greeted by a dental nurse called lian who also reassured me as she could see I was nervous, when I entered the surgery I was greeted by dr Jeff ocarroll who talked me through the procedure and also my treatment which is needed after the extraction, Jeff made this experience painless stress free I would highly recommend this practice and will not go anywhere else now thank you Jeff,gisselle,lian for your amazing service

Have been coming to the Dental Group for many years and can not sing their praises enough. The practice environment and team are so welcoming. Considering how great the team are I would say that the prices are very reasonable and there are options for dental plans too.

I needed an orthodontist fairly quickly as I had broken my fixed wire retainer. After phoning several for quotes and to check availability, I rang The Dental Group. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, said my problem could be sorted in one visit without the need to take impressions and they were able to fit me in the following day. I was impressed with the surgery, and the orthodontist fitted me with a new wire in about 40 minutes. All the staff were very friendly, considering I wasn't a regular patient. I would definitely use them again.

I saw the hygenist today but managed to dovetail that with my yearly dentist check-up.
I wasn't sure if i needed 3 or 4 monthly hygenist appointments but after consultation they recommended 3 so that my gum problems could be dealt with effectively.
Extra payment was quickly sorted without a fuss.
All the staff are experienced, professional and treat you with respect. What more could you want!
