Jeff, Maria, Giselle and the rest of the Dental Group staff have looked after me for over 20 years now and the service has always been the height of professional quality. I would recommend them to anyone and will happily continue going as long as I still have teeth!

Have recently come to this dentist for after seeing good reviews and was not disappointed. Jeff and the team have been so great at helping with issues uncovered whilst receiving treatment and I feel in really safe hands. I would totally recommend the whole dental team from the hygienist, reception team to the dentists themselves.

I recently had a frenectomy done, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The dentist made sure I was comfortable the entire time, explaining everything patiently and ensuring I felt at ease. They're always so kind and understanding, and the receptionist is equally sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for compassionate care!

Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible.
So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile!
It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment.
All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff.
Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times.
I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable.

My experience at The Dental Group today was absolutely out of this world. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was entering a spa rather than a dental practice. The care and affection shown by the entire team were second to none.

Starting with the warm and friendly receptionists, Jess and Giselle, their welcoming smiles immediately put me at ease. The clinical team—Jeff, Maria, and Costas—went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well looked after.

They go above and beyond, customer care is phenomenal. By far the best dentist, would highly recommend.

I recently visited the dental group for a hygienist and teeth whitening appointment and I couldn’t recommend them enough! They provided excellent service throughout my treatment and all of the staff were so friendly. My dental nurse was Maria who went above and beyond to ensure all my queries were answered as well as Naz (the dental hygienist) who completed my scale and polish to such a high standard- I couldn’t be more impressed. Both Jess and Giselle at the reception desk were so welcoming and professional in their role, ensuring I had been provided with the best experience possible. It’s no surprise to me this practice has achieved such amazing feedback from CQC, they provide outstanding service and are by far the best dental practice I’ve been to! Thank you! ❤️

I Have changed my dentist to the dental group and I’m so glad I have I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but that’s all changed now all of the gang at the dental group make you feel so welcome and calm and explain everything with terms you understand and make you feel completely at ease.

Both me and my daughter have our braces here, Geoff is very patient with his customers. I am towards the end of my procedure and so far I am very happy with the result. My daughter still in the middle of hers, but she’s not complaining any uncomforts.
