First visit to the practice
My partner is a long time client of the practice and convinced me to join after years of neglecting my teeth. Whilst I need some treatment, everything was explained to me clearly and my follow up appointments adjusted to fit in with my busy work schedule. All in all a very favourable first impression.

One of the best!
I went to see the dentist for a hygienist appointment. My dentist gave me the option of having her instead of the new hygienist, which is unusual, to say the least. I have been impressed by this dental group in their customer care from day one.
The treatment was both thorough and considerate. Something which I have come to expect from this practice, no matter who I see.
The level of care is second to none. All the staff are friendly and helpful, from the receptionist through to the top dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless I moved away!

Fantastic again
An emergency visit to my wonder dentist for a sore tooth. After an x-ray we found the molar had cracked and the tooth needed removing. I was able to have this done there and then to prevent further discomfort. Everything is explained calmly and I was reassured throughout the difficult extraction which was, due to the brilliance of Ismini, a painless process. From start to finish every visit here is a joy. This is from someone who has had 40 years of total fear of the dentist. Thank you Giselle and Maria and thank you Ismini for your skill and kindness. Thank you Katy for your singing and hand holding!

We first sought treatment at The Dental Group during the height of the Covid pandemic, as my daughter was struggling to eat due to being unable to close her mouth properly (her teeth were very wonky!). With NHS dentists operating at limited capacity, we were initially advised that six of her teeth needed to be removed. However, The Dental Group conducted a thorough assessment and recommended widening her arches to essentially fit her teeth in first. They then embarked on straightening her teeth, a process we are now nearing the completion of, and we couldn't be happier with the results - it's an understatement! Seeking a second opinion was the best decision we made. After four and a half years of treatment, I can confidently say it was absolutely worth it. They resolved all the issues without resorting to tooth removal or invasive surgery, and my daughter's smile looks absolutely brilliant.
