I contacted The Dental Group after my dental bridge came loose, and from the very first call I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Giselle, the practice manager, was incredibly reassuring, clear, and efficient. She arranged an appointment for me first thing the next morning and provided a very fair and transparent quote.
At the appointment, Dr Anna was excellent. She took great care to thoroughly clean both the bridge and my teeth before re-cementing it, and she explained everything clearly. The work was done with precision and care, and the result feels secure and comfortable.
Both Giselle and Dr Anna were friendly, calm, and highly professional throughout. The customer service and clinical care were outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to others.
Thank you again for making a stressful situation so easy to resolve. 🙂🙏

Courteous and efficient
