I came in after looking for emergency dental appointments in Southampton because of two fractured front teeth, an extremely unfortunate case without a straightforward solution (as I was told in a practice I consulted it with before). After an appointment with Dr Ismini I was filled with hope and started the treatment process. Her and Dr Jeff have gone above and beyond, and thanks to their experience and knowledge, basically saved my teeth without the need for implants.
Couldn't recommend this dental practice more, the staff, doctors and nurses definitely know what they are doing and have provided excellent customer service and care for me during the whole process.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from when I walked through the door, made to feel welcome & put at ease. Hygienist was great, stopping to make sure I was ok & not in any pain. Would highly recommend them for any dentistry work.

Highly recommend
The Dental Group are very professional and also very friendly! Being a bit nervous when I am in the dentist's chair they reassure you and make me feel at ease! Today I was there for an appointment with Frankie the Hygienist! What a lovely young lady, she is always checking if I am ok when I am in the chair and will always stop if I feel pain or uncomfortable! Plus gives advice when asking with all the options as well! Brilliant at her job and a credit to the company! I would highly recommend The Dental Group !!!
