The Dental Group
I was asked to pay for my treatment during today’s appointment after it had started but before it had finished. I had already paid a deposit. I was told that you needed me to make payment halfway through as it would be busy later. Which it wasn’t. What nonsense. This is an insult to me, especially as a long-standing client who has always paid before leaving.

Hi Robin, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Patient satisfaction is something we take very seriously. Our aim is to provide quality dental care and to use clinical time effectively. When an appointment is booked we require a deposit to be paid to secure the arranged time slot. We are entitled to ask for payment of treatment at any stage of the treatment. A lot of practices ask patients to pay in full before the treatment has started. We are always looking for ways to improve. Always a pleasant experience
Nothing different to anything I’ve experienced before - The Dental Group is always a pleasant experience. If you can say that about dentists! Caring, experienced, pleasant, and always professional! If you have a dental problem - they will sort it without fuss. I’ve been a patient for so many years and have never found them to be anything other than the best!

Amazing job, very quick. I got my hygiene and polish done, and they checked frequently to make sure it wasn’t hurting. Definitely would come back in the future and recommend!
