I have had three appointments this year for my neglected teeth and am confident after my first treatments that I will receive professional and expert care. Firstly we would like to apologize that your recent visit was not to your satisfaction. Although we endeavor to keep to schedule, sometimes this is out of our control. Our aim is for all of our patients to have a relaxing experience whilst providing the best private dental treatment and first-class patient care.
On average our hygienist appointments are 30 minutes to an hour depending on the patients oral health condition. Your hygienist appointment was booked for 30 minutes. The price of the hygienist appointment is based on the type of service provided. During the hygienist appointment all of our patients receive a dental hygiene examination, oral cancer screening, scale & polish and a dental hygiene plan.
All of our patients and their experience at The Dental Group are extremely important to us. As a gesture of good will please accept a 20% discount off your next hygienist appointment.

Another amazing visit to the Dental Group. Recently had my composite break off so decided to pop in this morning to explain the situation and see if an appointment could be made. Staff were super friendly and booked me in the same day for a free consultation (thankfully there had been a cancellation). I am now scheduled to have my smile repaired by next week! Brilliant customer service, very professional and experienced dentists; and all for a reasonable price! Would highly recommend.
