I do not like going to the dentist but the Team here are brilliant, all of them. The 2 hygienist that I had today, well what they done could not have been done better, an absolutely amazing job. I so appreciated the thoughtfulness, compassion and kindness they showed. A little more £ than most dentists but worth every single penny. You get what you pay for. Thank you so much. Lisa ☺️

I’m very nervous with dentists, but my experience with the dental group, and the treatment and care was outstanding even the after care is amazing, I have no more sleepless nights before. Would highly recommend. I cannot praise each and everyone that works there up enough, they are so friendly and helpful and professional.
On the 19/03/25 I had a check up and was suffering from toothache and was advised by the dentist I needed a tooth extracted, and on the 20/03/25 I had it removed, it was a pain free extraction, and they made me feel so relaxed and at ease, all my fears of the dentist have gone now, thanks to the way they treat you and and actually care about you.
16/07/25 Hygienist, Always a great experience, very friendly, very helpful and they actually care.

First time I used the surgery, I phoned in, requested an emergency appointment as I was in pain and an hour later I was there! Jeff even came in on his off day to make sure I would be relieved from the pain. What followed from there was two root canal appointments with Dr Ismini and Lucy who work so well together one could call them the dream team! Root canals can be painful but thanks to them I have not felt a single thing a cross two appointments. Overall this is the best service I have ever received from a dental practice and will not go anywhere else from now on! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you very much for the exceptional service.

The atmosphere and all the staff are warm and welcoming whilst always remaining professional. The nurses, reception & admin team all put you at ease and Giselle’s smile lights up reception.
A friend recommended me to The Dental Group initially because I had 2 loose crowns & my previous dentist said the job was too complicated & not something they could attempt. Jeff did an outstanding job & 4 years on, both crowns are still holding firm and looking good. I have since had some treatment to a couple of other teeth including a complicated (& hugely successful) root canal treatment by Dr Ismini Kefalou.
The treatment is so painless that I actually look forward to having the chance to lie down & relax (including on occasions a little eye rest! 💤 ) Needless to say, I have remained with them for all my dental care. 🤗

My first visit to the dental group was around 7 years ago to get my teeth whitening home kit what I absolutely loved my results.
Maria took my impressions for my gum shield and took the time to go through the process and colour match my teeth to then see my brighter smile in the 3 weeks and the shades I have gone up from the beginning of treatment.

Over the years since my first visit I have had hygienist scale and polish what I felt so relaxed every time I have done

Last year my retainer had broke I contacted the dental group and got booked for a appointment with in a few days and my new retainer was ready to collect a week later , The lovely Maria made sure it was a nice fit and I was happy with the comfort before I left the surgery.
