I'm having this moment to share my daughters and my own experience with The Dental group. I couldn't ask for more care and individual support. The reception team are amazing and always understand your needs. The nurse's are comforting and friendly ☺. The dentist's themselves are so professional and "not scary" like my daughter said.

Wow where do I start! The warmest welcome and customer service I could of wished for. I first went to the dental group for a hygienist appointment and was so plesently surprised at how they didn't hurt me, and also how they reassured me throughout my experience. I felt reassured all would be fine and there was nothing to worry about. Due to other experiences I was very wary and scared that I was going to come out bleeding and not being able to eat for the rest of the day.

So I was very happy with my first visit! I then returned to have a teeth whitening mould fitted and received my whitening kit. They carefully explained how I needed to use this and to book a review after I had finished the first block of teeth whitening. I then returned again for the review and was astounded at how well the whitening kit had worked! I decided to do another block of whitening to receive the ideal colour I wanted.

Finally after going back for another review following the second lot of whitening I couldn't of been happier with the service I'd received everytime I visited the dental group.

Will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends, and will be back for future work to my teeth.😃

Wow, just wow!!! My teenage daughter has a challenging orthodontic condition, and it was highlighted by several orthodontists that she would require invasive and horrific surgery to rectify the problem (before being a candidate for fixed braces), Giselle, Jeff and the team have been fantastic and not swayed by the challenge in any way shape or form. Despite being told that surgery was the only option, Jeff has implemented a non surgical approach (much to the relief of my daughter and I) and so far the results are phenomenal. At this rate Emily’s treatment plan is ahead of schedule and she is one very happy young lady. I cannot recommend them enough.

Like most people I have a deep fear of the dentist. I need quite a bit of work carried out and these are the most friendly team from reception all the way through to Jeff who I saw. He is amazing, makes you relaxed and is extremely professional and takes the utmost care and pride with what he does. I have no hesitation recommending these guys at all.

Due to a broken tooth I had an emergency appointment at this practice and wanted just to say a massive thankyou for the most professional, care and understanding I received, I was in pain and nervous before my appointment but from the moment I stepped into the practice the way I was greeted by Giselle I was absolutely put at ease, and then when I went into the surgery well what can I say, these guys are absolutely amazing and I would never go anywhere else, they have so given me my confidence back.

I had a root canal and a crown with Dr Ismini, the most pain free experience with a dentist in my life. I was suffering for years with that tooth, going from one dentist to another, until Dr Ismini sorted it out.

I have had a crown fitted and hygienist appointments at the Dental Group and Dr Ismini has been a true professional, a perfectionist and a pleasure to see each time. Never felt pain or discomfort, so anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist, you would get over it with Dr

Absolutely love this dental practise! I'm very anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist and they put me at absolute ease. They were all so sweet and brilliant at advising and talking you through the process/all possible outcomes. All dental nurses are all really experienced and they and their assistant dental nurses where so friendly yet professional. Don't get me wrong, the prices are slightly high but it is private so you cannot complain. They're worth every penny of what you pay.

I got booked in for a consultation, got a next day appt and then they had a cancellation so they could squeeze me in so I could have a pain-free smile for Christmas!

We used The Dental Group on Brookvale Road, Southampton in Oct 22, when one of our international students complained of toothache.

I absolutely recommend this practice, the service has been utterly exemplary (obviously I can't comment on the dental work itself).

All staff members have taken the time to explain things slowly and clearly so that our student was able to use their translation software, all procedures were explained thoroughly, and our student has reported doesn't have any pain now!

After over 2 years of being messed around by previous dentists when trying to get our teenage daughters braces organised, we were delighted to find that the entire process at The Dental Group was thorough, professional and extremely high quality. Our daughters teeth were a very tricky case that has taken almost 3 years of extensive work from Jeff, he is incredibly talented and made sure to cut no corners. After previously being told that our daughter would need multiple teeth removing, it was a relief when Jeff recommended spending 6 months widening her palate instead to allow room for all the teeth to move once the fixed braces were applied. The service is second to none and Jeff is an absolute perfectionist. We couldn't have asked for anything more and are delighted with our daughters beautiful new smile. After not going to any dentist for some time and feeling anxious regarding required work, I was delighted with the way Ismini and Caroline treated me today. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would be very happy to attend for checks ups, cleaning and any work in the future.

I cannot even explain how happy I am with my porcelain veneers. From start to finish the whole process was smooth, informative and professional. To have an insecurity taken away, has really changed my life. If you are unsure wether to have treatment, just do it, you won’t be disappointed!!

Great service from Jess, Maria, Caroline and Ismini. I had a painful tooth, which they have now resolved, and did a full clean the following week! Will be recommending to friends and family.
