Went here to have an emergency tooth extraction on one of my wisdom teeth and cannot fault the amazing service. As someone who is deathly scared of injections and the dentist, I felt immediately calmed and reassured and its the first time in my life that I've let someone put a needle in my mouth without bolting out of the door! They made me feel very at ease, and were so kind to me despite me being the biggest wuss ever and crying the entire time. Great aftercare and the team were great at answering all my questions. Honestly could not recommend enough. If you're in Southampton and you have have had bad experiences of Dentists then please do yourself a favour and go the The Dental Group, you will not regret it

I recommend this dental pratice to everyone in need of dental procedures. Dr Jeff O'Carroll is a perfectionist and I trust him to do extensive work in my mouth, resulting in a winning smile. Great support staff and reasonable prices, highly recommend to everyone.

This is the best dental clinic by far. Doctor Jeff O'Carroll and his staff are very professional and accommodating. He is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer.

The Dental Group is AMAZING! I was referred to The Dental Group by a friend who had veneers. I loved her amazing white smile I had to have what she had. I met Jeffery O’Carroll he is a gentleman and very friendly. He ran me through the procedures for veneers and answered all of my questions. My veneers were done in a day. That was the best day of my life. I will never look back. Thank you Jeff and The Dental Group.

I had a free consultation for whitening at The Dental Group. I decided to replace my silver fillings with white ones. I did the whitening and replaced my fillings two years ago. I’m very happy with my fillings and whitening results. Thank you so much to The Dental Group team you guys are amazing. Don’t ever stop how you are WOWing your patients. My Son had an accident at work and chipped his front two teeth. I was more than happy with the customer service and advice I received. He was given an emergency appointment where Jeffrey John 0'Carroll the Lead Dentist-BDS used the latest technology to fix his teeth. The result of the cosmetic work was amazing, you would never know he had chipped both his teeth. Thank you to all at The Dental group for a professional service. Excellent service - and I havent finished my treatment yet!!!!
I have never been nervous going to a dentist until I recently had tooth pain that lasted for five weeks. The NHS dentist I was seeing left my current practice and the new one didnt make me feel confident at all. I needed root canal treatment and they suggested I find a private specialist to do the work. I did some research and this practice stood out with very good reviews. So I made an appointment and had a consultation.. I could not be happier with that decision. From the very first phone call the reception and dental staff at the practice were pleasant, understanding and very knowledgable. I have now undergone the first and second stages of my RCT and I am looking forward to going back to complete the work. I am even considering leaving my nhs dentist and staying with this practice to undergo all my future dental care and checkups. 100% recommended. My confidence has been restored thanks to the wonderful service I have recieved here.

After 3 visits I'm very happy from services I got. Root canal treatment completely painless, cerec crown look very professional, like real tooth. Personnel very friendly and helpful can provide really nice atmosphere. Will return there to continue any treatment as from my experience in few different dentist surgeries Jeff is the best. Strongly recommended!!!
